Shipping and Returns
We do not charge a processing or handling fee.
Most of our products ship for free. However, we do charge for shipping on some of our products. Please see the guide below for a list of our products and their shipping policies.
We always charge shipping to Alaska and Hawaii addresses.
We only ship to U.S. addresses.
Shipping & Charges:
All products marked with the free shipping logo will ship for free. This is for standard ground service to addresses in the continental 48 states.
Ecom Folders Brand File Folders, Pockets and Dividers, Custom Dividers and Filebacks, Ecom Folders Brand Radiology Products and Folder Accessories, Custom Printed Goods.
All products marked with the free shipping with folders logo will ship for free as long as they are ordered with a product that is marked for “free shipping”. This if for standard ground service to addresses in the continental 48 states. If these items are not ordered with a “free shipping” product, you will be charged our standard ground rate to your shipping address.
All filing and Action Labels
You will be charged $9.95 for shipping on all orders that contain a product marked with the “$9.95 shipping” logo. This is for standard ground service to addresses in the continental 48 states. You will only be charged $9.95 once per order, not per product.
Filing Products that are not Ecom Folders Brand, Office Supplies, Plastic Products, Labels not shipped with an Ecom Folders brand folder.
You will be charged for LTL freight rates with an inside delivery on all products marked with the “freight shipping” logo. We do not offer freight shipping to Alaska or Hawaii..

Same Day Shipping:
Most orders for stock items will ship the same day if ordered by 2:00 PM Central Time. Items that are out of stock typically take 10 business days to ship. Custom dividers typically take 15 to 20 Working days to ship. Custom folders typically take 20-30 working days to ship.
If you need expedited shipping services, please contact customer service for rates and availability.
Unless otherwise noted, our orders will ship via standard ground service. Please allow 3-7 business days for transit time.
To make a return on any stock item(s), you must call us to get authorization prior to shipping any merchandise back. The customer is responsible for the expense of shipping any returned merchandise back to us as well as our shipping cost to you. You will receive credit for all full boxes returned, less any re-stocking fees as detailed below, (no partial boxes will be credited). All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. “Stock Items” may be returned with a 15% re-stocking Fee. After 90 days from the date of purchase we will not be able to accept the return.
Orders for any custom merchandise are not subject to return unless we have failed to follow the specifications submitted at the time the order was placed.
If you receive an order that is incorrect, contact one of our sales associates & will arrange to quickly re-ship the correct item(s) and pick up the incorrect merchandise. This will be done at “our expense”.
All damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
