- Each sheet is 8-1/2″ x 11″ with a 1-3/4″ side flap with 2 holes to attach to a fastener and it has a 2″ bonded fastener to attach additional file backs.
- These divider sheets are made out of a 125# manila stock and tabs are printed in black ink on both sides.
- The tab is coated with light green color mylar and the title “X-Ray/EKG” is printed on both sides.
- The tab is 1/8th cut and is in position #4.
- Filebacks give you the ability to add and remove documents from one section without disturbing other sections.
